Assuming you have the a-g course list complete, you’d need a 2.5 CSU GPA to meet the 2900 Eligibility index threshold for admission to non-impacted CSUs - which, with a re-take or two looks possible. As long as you’ve met those hurdles, there’s no reason not to apply to a couple of non-impacted campuses. You should call or visit a couple, their admissions counselors can help you understand exactly how your transcript meet the requirements and what you can do now to maximize your chance of admission. If you make an appointment, they really will take the time to sit down with you and map your best path forward. Get in before too many weeks of school have elapsed so you can adjust your schedule as they recommend.
I would say though, your mental health trumps all. If you were my kid, i’d have you spend most of your energy on that front, I’d dump the AP spanish class (especially given your grades in the previous spanish courses) The IB Visual arts class is another time sink with no ROI. Dump it as well and and use the slot to fill the math and english a-g gaps or as a free period while you work on the other aspects of your life.
There is no shame in starting at a CC, it may be the best route for you. Many moons ago, it is the path i took and my time there has NEVER held me back.
