I am currently enrolled in 2 year community college.
Transferring next fall to a 4 year university.
I am international student from asia and a woman.
My major is computer science/engineering.

I have a big dream, but I don't think that I have the quality.
My GPA is only 3.35
No SAT
Toefl of 94
Finish up to year 10 of high school then go to community college.
I was aiming at good school, but looking at their requirement, I do not think I am qualified.

Can anyone suggest school that is achievable for me? So far I applied for 4 UCs :
1. UCLA
2. UCB
3. UCD
4. UCI

But I want to be more realistic and apply to school that I am qualified. (Schools that has a 'not bad' computer science?)
More like, I am looking for safety school.
I am afraid I won't get into any school that I applied.

San Jose State in fall 2011 accepted transfer applicants to the computer science major with a 3.0 GPA, and accepted transfer applicants to the similar software engineering major with a 2.0 GPA:

Use [Welcome to ASSIST](http://www.assist.org) to find out which courses to take at community college to prepare to transfer to a UC or CSU.

Look at the [Association of Independent Technological Universities: AITU](http://theaitu.org) schools. All of them have good computer science and many of them offer good financial aid. With your GPA you should be able to get into a number of the not so big names.
