Hi,

I was accepted to NYU's College of Arts and Sciences along with University of Rochester (Rochester, NY), McGill (Montreal, Canada), and St. Andrews University (Fife, Scotland). Now I have a horribly tough decision to make and I'm at a loss! I really love NYU and its various abroad options, but money wise it's a stretch. Is there any advice you can give on NYU and how the people, academics, and campus are? Thanks so much, any information helps.

Why the hell do Americans only go to St. Andrews?! I just don’t understand… Is it because Prince William went there?

In terms of fun and a good 4 years, I’d go for NYU. In terms of prestige and job prospects - no idea.

On the St. Andrews matter, I actually applied before I knew that Prince William went there. It seemed like one of the better abroad options since it was so American-friendly since it actively recruited American students. I can’t speak for others who applied though…

Thanks for reply! NYU does sound like a good, fun four years.
