What college/universities do I have a shot at?

I'm going to be a junior this upcoming year and I really would like to know where I stand and what I can do to stand out more. Please give me any advice.. I really want to go to a good college/university. Preferably Stanford, UChicago, USC, and other Cali schools.

Background Information: Middle Class Mexican living in Chicago attending the best school in the state thus far. Graduating in 2012.

GPA: Not entirely sure but all my classes are honors and I'm assuming I have a 4.2 weighted GPA up until this point.

Classes: Honors

Freshman Year - World Studies, French I, Geometry, Survey of Literature, Physics, Computer Science

Sophomore Year - U.S History, Trig w/ Adv Algebra, American Lit, Chemistry, French II, Logic and Hardware

Junior Year- French III, Bio

Classes: AP Taking this year

Junior Year - AP Chemistry, AP Micro, AP Calc AB (took precalc over the summer), AP Language and Comp.

Senior Year: Multi-variable Calc, AP French, AP Lit, maybe Bio

Extracurricular Activities: Soccer Team all 4 Years: Varsity next two years. Baseball Team all 4 years, Varsity soph, junior, and senior.

I think I'm on the French Honor Society

ACT: Aiming towards a 30-32

It’s too early to say anything definitively. Your EC’s look sparse at the moment; work on getting as involved as you can. Prepare effectively for the ACT and don’t be afraid to try the SAT as well. Most importantly, focus on succeeding in your classes.

So if I were to get a good a act score, join a few clubs, and get good grades on my ap’s… I would stand somewhat of a chance?
