What Colleges are best for me?

Hey guys,
first off, i want to thank everyone for taking some of their time to respond to this post.

I am currently a sophmore at Baruch College.
I initially chose to go to that college because I hadn't received my Green Card and wanted a cheap option. (oh btw, i reside in NJ, but rutgers was wayyy to expensive)

So now that I JUST got the Green Card (yay :D) I want to transfer to a better, more campus oriented school. (my initial plan was to transfer after my sophmore year regardless of receiving a GC or not, thank god that god helps everyone out in time of need)

So I am studying Finance, and my credentials are...

3.56 GPA
member for several clubs including Real Estate and Volunteering Club
(I don't have an internship yet but I am set for one during the winter time)

I do not want to post my High School credentials because I feel they're not necessary, but all you guys have to know is I was very involved and had a 1210 composite score.
700 math
510 CR

Anyways,
I want to transfer to a University which offers exceptional financial aid (my parents make around 60-80k) and I also have another sibling going to college next year so it's essentially un-affordable for both of us to attend universities so we're hoping financial aid helps us out.

My choices so far are: (and keep in mind i am a NJ resident)
Rutgers NB
TCNJ
Binghampton University
University of Virginia
Rider University

I firmly believe i can get into all these schools, now it's just a matter of paying for them. What do you guys believe?
and if you have any schools you'd like to throw some schools out there with good credentials and great financial aid possibilites, please do.

Thank you guys so much

Run the Net Price Calculator on each college’s website to see and estimate of the financial package you will be offered and how much it will cost you. Once you have your families numbers to plug in, you can play around with it and see how it comes out once there are two in college. Most likely, your instate options will be the best price.
