What colleges can I get into with only a few ECs but good grades and test scores?

<p>i have the similar problems as you do, because i’m new to the country and it’s impossible for me to improve my language skill and ECs in just one or two years. however, i’m still thinking about applying to top (but not ivy) schools.</p>
