My scores aren't that high.. My unweighted GPA is 3.2 and my weighted GPA is 3.5. I scored 2020 on the SAT and 29 on the ACT.
My AP scores are: 5 on Calc AB, 3 on English Lit/Comp, 3 on Chem

I'm hoping to get into a college in California, but any college in the U.S. is okay.

Are there any colleges that offer marketing, communications, advertising, psychology, and sociology courses that I could probably get into with these scores?

Also, would taking classes at a community college during fall before I send my admissions help?

Look into UC Santa Cruz, Chapman, Pitzer, Loyola Marymount, UC Santa Barbara, University of San Francisco.

^ And loyola Maryland !!

What’s your financial situation look like? Are you in-state for CA, or are your parents able to pay OOS tuition?

If you’re not instate in Calif, then your UC-GPA needs to be higher.

What state are you in?

How much will your parents pay? If they won’t pay all costs, then you need to carefully pick schools that will be affordable. For example, a UC as an OOS student will be $50k per year.

I live in California. Would be better if I stayed instate because paying out of state would be pretty hard on my family (my parents make a little over 60,000 combined)
Do you think I have a chance at UCI? I don’t know if this matters a lot, but I’m Chinese.
My UC GPA is only 3.43. ):
