What colleges do you regret NOT applying to?

I was accepted into all the colleges that I’ve applied to and now I regret not applying to some Ivies like Yale or Cornell…or at least more schools so I could have more options to choose from.

I regret not applying to UPenn...the admissions representative was really nice and I think I maybe could have gotten in...oh well

Berkeley....thought it was too far, plus the odds of o-o-s, but now I regret it.....

I regret not applying to Yale. Applied to Harvard and Princeton and have this eerily uneasy feeling that I might not get into either. God, I've been manicly depressive these past few days. Liberate me, dear god, before I implode on myself.

I regret not applying to UCSB and Duke...even tho I prolly wouldn't have gone to either =-/ I know I'll kinda always wonder "what if"

I would regret not applying to Duke this year after reading the board today and seeing that the vast majority of ccers got in!

Stanford, I know I had a shot, but was too scared to face rejection. Oh well, I can get decent education at Berk/UCLA.

Carleton, app was free too

carnegie mellon.

UT Austin...didn't get into UCSB or Davis, so maybe i wouldn't have gotten in there either, but i still think it was worth a shot.

Im kinda regretting not applying to Harvard. Heard they wrote pretty nice rejection letters. haha jk, i duno, I always wanted to know if I ever maybe coulda gotten into Harvard. Well, even if i got accepted, i wouldnt go..way to far from California.

I regret not applying to Cornell. I had really wanted to apply, but decided against it since even if I got in, I don't think I'd have the money to go. But I still wish I had sent in the application!

Stanford RD. I rushed myself way too much with the EA app, and it was nowhere near as good as my finished UC app. I could have had a shot, I coulda been a contender, I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum...

i regret not applying to cornell, northwestern and duke. I didn't expect to get into almost all the schools I applied to including ucla. I just havent heard from ucb yet..then it will be all the schools if i get in.

Stanford, UChicago

I really regret not applying to U of Chicago. I was too afraid to leave the PNW though.

Ditto on the not wanting to leave WA/OR area but I also wish I'd applied to more LACs and perhaps an Ivie (I was very attracted to Columbia for some time, though I don't think I would have had a chance of getting in).

But, I'm happy. ^_^

Princeton, excellent FinAid and they don't take your home equity into account for FinAid

Cornell ILR... I didn't apply because my parents don't like "human resources." Only now do I realize that their opinions were completely misguided :-(
Chicago... at first thought that the school was too liberal for me, now I just end up regretting it... they've sent me so much mail and really seemed like they wanted me there. Almost feels like I let them down.
...and maybe NYU Stern.

UCLA. I'll let it go... It's one less decision for me.

USC because I wanted to go there and it would have felt good to be accepted. I never really applied to a college I really wanted to go to. Luckily I ended up loving the place I'm at so maybe it's all for the better.
