For example, if I got 600 on first trial and 800 on second trial for MATH 2C, what are some colleges that only ask me to send highest score?
Most colleges participate in the College Board’s Score Choice, so you can submit any scores of your choice. However, a few colleges do not. Stanford, Yale, Cornell, Harvey Mudd, Carnegie Mellon, Rice are some of the top colleges that don’t participate in Score Choice.
Even if a college requires all SAT scores, most allow the applicant to choose which Subject Tests to send. You can read through the following thread, but confirm with your target colleges.

Honestly your example just goes to show how worthless the SAT 2’s are, but @skieurope is correct, most will just allow you to choose the 800 and send it in.
