I see that some colleges like Michigan publish their unweighted GPAs, and I see that some publish their weighted (to make it appear higher).
Does anyone know what other colleges typically publish weighted GPA?

UCs in California usually publish a recalculated weighted-capped HS GPA (which is usually about 0.3 to 0.4 higher than unweighted 10th-11th grade HS GPA in academic courses) unless otherwise stated or specified (for example, some UCLA web pages list unweighted and weighted-uncapped HS GPA).
