What colleges should I apply to?

Hey y'all! Well, right now I'm supposed to be studying for finals... but I'm really worried about my future (although I know I should be worrying about the right here and right now!)
As you can see I'm a very worrisome person and it sometimes distracts me in learning, but loooooong story short here are my stats:

-Chinese American
-Public HS in Missouri
-Sophomore
-3.91 GPA Freshman year
-speculated 1st sem GPA sophomore year: 3.91
-goal: (which I will achieve!!!) 4.0 for the rest of my HS career
-PSAT 157 (yeah, I bawled my eyes out, but my goal is 211 which is the cut off for National Merit in my state)
-VP of International Culture Org. at my school
-Researcher for a soon to be published science paper on plant gene mutation at University of Missouri
(What are some leadership roles I should/can take?!)

Overall, what colleges should I apply to? What SAT/ACT scores should I get to get into colleges that I want, since I have a disadvantage being Asian with a low GPA and low PSAT.

My dream colleges:
-UCLA
-Berkeley
-USC
-University of Michigan
-Baylor

Yeah I'm in love with Cali schools, although I have no chance....

How much can your family afford? Have you run the Net Price Calculators and discussed the results with your parents?

Also, the odd one out is Baylor. Can you explain your rationale in selecting these schools?

You’re lucky to have two very good in-state schools: Truman state and Missouri School of Science and Technology (not to mention Mizzou but… this you already know.)

So you’re a sophomore… You have plenty of time to consider colleges. MYOS is right about checking the school NPCs. You would be full pay at UCLA, UCB, UMich. That’s $50K/year.
