What Colleges Should I Apply To?

Hey all,

I’m pretty behind on the college planning stuff, and I was thinking that I should have more than one college I want to go to (currently wish to go to Clemson).

I am not financially inhibited, I live in South Carolina and I go to a relatively competitive school (i’d say).

Below are my ‘stats’-- at least, what I have right now. I will have my SAT score back in two days.

White F - US Citizen
Intended major: computer engineering

GPA:
Unweighted: 3.8/4.0
Weighted: 5.07/6.0

AP Classes:
Freshman: AP Human Geo (4)
Sophomore: AP Statistics (3), AP World History (4), AP Computer Science (4 sadly)
Junior: AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP US History, AP Language and Composition (gonna try to make a 5 on half of these, knock on wood. I didn’t study any of my previous years and I’m trying to turn my life around)
Planned for Senior: AP BC Calculus, AP Chemistry, AP Literature, AP gov/microeconomics

Dual Credit (not sure how much this will matter in the long run):
Intro to Engineering (100)
Principles of Engineering (100)
Civil Engineering and Architecture (100)

PSAT: 1240 → 1390

SAT: comes out 12.14.18

Class rank: 16/423 (3.7%)

Extracurriculars:
VEX Robotics (Vice President)
Technology Student Association (Chapter Vice President)
FBLA
National Honors Art Society
Venture Crew (Vice President 2017, Historian 2018)
National Honors Society
Young Women in Engineering

Course load:
8 classes a year; 9 classes this year, 6 next year with an internship

Lehigh?

Northeastern?

Thanks. Those are good recommendations.

I got a 1440 on the SAT if that helps–740 on reading/writing and 700 on math. I’ve never gotten a score that low on math during my practice tests, though, so I am going to try again later.
