What colleges should I be considering?

<p>I am a sophomore at one of the most prestigious high schools in the nation according to US News as it was ranked #2 last year as well as #4 this year. I reside in California. What colleges should I be considering preferably UC's? </p>

<p>My course load as a sophomore is:
AP Computer Science A
Chemistry HP
Health Careers/Business Administration
Spanish III
World History HP
Pre-Calculus HP
English II HP</p>

<p>Junior year course load:
AP English Language & Composition
AP US History
AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
Physics HP
Accounting/Marketing</p>

<p>UW GPA: 3.9
Weighted GPA: 4.13</p>

<p>I have not currently taken the SAT or ACT.</p>

<p>SAT Subject Tests:
Korean with Listening: 790</p>

<p>EC:
2 years Varsity Basketball
1 year Track and Field (All-League 1st Team)
2 years FBLA (Placed in competitions)
National Honors Society
100+ Hours of volunteer work</p>

<p>What colleges should I be considering preferably UC’s? </p>

<p>Probably top-tier UC’s and mid-tier UC’s, however much will depend on your test scores. Make sure to return your ELC (Eligibility in the local context- top 4% of your class) application when you receive it next year. That will give you a nice little bump in your chances at the top-tier UC’s and will “assure” you of a spot at UCD, UCSB, UCI, etc.</p>
