What colleges should I be looking at?

I'm currently a Junior- I expect my GPA by application time to be something around a 3.5-3.6 UW and a 3.75 W.

My Freshman year GPA is what really screwed me, at an 86 weighted (1 honors). Sophomore year was a 94 weighted (2 honors) and now I'm running something like a 92 weighted (with 3 AP classes). My Senior Year will have 4 AP classes- so I'm trying to play an "ability to improve" thing.

I'm trying to shoot for an SAT score of around 2200.

I have some really good ECs (leader of school government club, officer positions in regionwide Model UN, delegate for a Conference on National Affairs, etc.) which I think is my strongest point. I can get some good letters of rec, and decent-good SAT II scores (aiming for 700+ in USH, 800 in Bio, and idk Lit but maybe 650+)

No hooks really- what colleges should I be looking at? Reaches/Matches? Not really quite sure what I'm looking for in a college but something near a large city would be really nice. Financial aid/cost is definitely important to me.

Looking at U Richmond, Colgate, etc.

I'd really appreciate it if you guys could give me some feedback! Thanks <333

U Richmond: Match
Colgate: High match

I think you have a great chance for both.
