What Colleges Should I Be Looking At?

I’m a junior starting to look into colleges, and am a bit lost at what colleges I should be looking to apply to. I’m currently at the most highly regarded Catholic high school in my area, and we send about 15 grads a year to Notre Dame alone, several others ( about 7 per year are accepted) to Cornell, several are accepted into Georgetown, and a small group go to other T20s.

Stats-
97/ 100 GPA (UW)
34 ACT (36 reading, 36 English, 33 science, 30 math)
My school doesn’t rank students
Course rigor- my school doesn’t offer any honors classes, caps us at 2 APs per year
I got a 5 on AP bio, 4 on AP Euro, and am currently taking APUSH and ALAC, will take 2 more senior year

Awards-
N/A

Extracurriculars-
Editor in chief of an award winning student newspaper
Leadership position in community service club
Science research club participant
Led a drive/campaign to raise money for cancer research
Working at my cousin’s church organizing donations for the homeless (2 yrs, about 50 hrs a year)
Travel club soccer for past 7 years
(Not sure if I should put this) State Finalist for the NY state geography bee In 2018 (made it to the top 10)

Demographics-
White
About 100k per year
2nd generation college app
State: New York

Any tips are welcome, thanks!

I suggest starting with thinking about what you are looking for: large or small school, big city or rural, a long flight from home or a few hours in the car, intended major, the amount your family can/will pay. I would also think about whether a school with religious affiliation is important to you when choosing a college.

Have you considered Boston College ?
