I want to go to an Ivy, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, USC, NYU, UChicago, Duke, Stanford, UCLA, MIT, Caltech, or other top national Universities. Do I have a chance at any?

Certainly you have a “chance” at all the universities you listed, as does everyone who applies. Your academic stats indicate that you’re a competitive applicant, but beyond that, it’s difficult to tell you what your actual “chances” are. Read this:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/harvard-university/1420290-chance-threads-please-read-before-posting-one.html

There isn’t anything particularly extraordinary (and no “passion”) in your profile, so you’ll want to work really diligently on your essays and get excellent recs. All the schools you listed (maybe with the exception of USC and UCLA) are going to be reaches.
