What Colleges will receive Supplemental Recommendations???

Hello fellow CC'rs! Okay, so I have an awesome recommendation letter from an outside evaluator(not a teacher or counselor) and I want to send it to all my colleges as a supplemental recommendation. However, no matter how hard I look, I can't seem to find policies on additional evaluators!

These are the colleges I'm looking at:

Georgetown
Stanford
Harvard
Princeton
Vanderbilt
Rice
Dartmouth
Duke
Columbia
Cornell
Notre Dame
University of North Carolina
Johns Hopkins
Emory

Do most colleges accept an additional evaluator? Or do you think I should just send it to all of them anyway?

Thanks for the help! and best wishes to all the other 2011's stressing right now

Anyone?10char

I just sent them in too all my admissions offices. I’m applying to Yale and they said to have my name, dob, and school on the actual paper/ recommendation. They also wanted me to write “regular decision” on the actual envelope.

I just sent the exact same thing to all my schools, if they don’t accept supplemental recc’s too bad, they can just throw it in the trash.

Hey Charles. Yeah that’s what I’m doing too. But do you know of any colleges that actually don’t accept any supplemental recs?
