Coming to this thread a little late, but a couple thoughts.
First, geography is going to play a big part in this decision process. For example, if you want to work in the software business in Silicon Valley, you should be looking at schools out in California, all else being equal. Likewise, if you want to live and work in NYC, you should be looking at schools with some geographic proximity, e.g., NYC itself, Philly, etc.
Second, you have plenty of time, so get out there and start visiting schools. This might help you refine your search.
Third, you really need to get an idea of your test scores. Take some practice tests of BOTH tests, and then concentrate on the one that you score better on. The test score range will also help narrow down the search process.
