California UC’s do not offer financial aid to out of state or International students so expect to pay full fees at $55K+/year to attend. Since your family income is around $60K/year, these schools are not affordable.

You do stand at chance at these schools but unless you are a recruited athlete and they are offering you some athletic scholarships, money will be an issue.

No way to chance you for Stanford since it is a lottery school with a less than 5% acceptance rate. GPA and test scores look on the low side for Stanford and EC’s are good but regardless it is a Reach school for all applicants. I am assuming you have some academic and financial safeties on your college list.
