<p>I am a current community college student considering med school. I know that you should not take required science courses at community college, but what about English, calculus, psychology, sociology, or the other courses that some colleges list as recommended?</p>
<p>First thing you need to do is to research the transfer requirements at 4-year colleges for your planned major. If you a are a bio wannabe, and the 4-year recommends taking Organic at the juco prior to transferring, that is probably what you should do.</p>
<p>Other than that, focus on taking the General Ed requirements at the juco.</p>
