If you have aspirations to attend law school, you’ll need to raise your GPA to the 3.5 range, especially for a reputable and accredited law school. A non accredited law school might accept you with a low GPA (< 3.3).You’ll also need an acceptable LSAT score. First concentrate on getting into a CSU or a UC. With your current GPA, the impacted CSUs or majors and the lower tier UCs will be more difficult to get into. Once you are admitted somewhere, concentrate on raising your GPA and begin preparation for the LSAT. Law school is doable if you can do this.
Further, there is a glut of lawyers in the working world. The better the law school, the higher the chance you have for a law job.
