What currency to use for CSS?

I am filling out the CSS with my father’s foreign tax returns. I haven’t seen any options to indicate the currency I’m using. The first page of CSS says that I’m supposed to fill it out with the currency that is consistent with my documents. My documents are in English, but they are not converted to U.S. dollars. Am I supposed to fill it out using the local currency?

I also have to indicate my father’s current income in some sections. He is currently employed in the U.S. Am I supposed to convert from dollars.to the other currency?

Yeah, but I don’t see the option to choose currency or even my home country. I contacted the colleges, and some of them told them to convert them myself. But, the documents have my home currency and I can’t get it converted to dollars here.
