<p>I think you’re probably in, as your ACT is only .3 below the median ACT of the most recent class. You could actually be awarded the Trustees Scholarship, as the minimum ACT req. is a 27. Your GPA and class rank are quite good, I don’t think you need to worry.</p>
<p>Ohio State loves first generation college students. That, added to your high GPA, your athletic record, and your comparable ACT scores, makes you a likely candidate for getting an acceptance letter.</p>
<p>Agree. Your ACT is right below the average, but being a 1st generation student will count for A LOT. Ohio State is working very hard to maintain ethnic, racial and socio-economic diversity regardless of how competitive admissions become.</p>
