20 hours at the VERY most, shore. There were like maybe 4 weeks (the Penultimate week of each term, which is the last week in which teachers can give tests or papers, so it’s always insane, and some other random week that was really unlucky) that I actually had 20 hours. It was about 2-4 hours a weeknight, as sugarkim said, plus consistantly 3.5-4 on for the whole weekend. That amounts to between 11.5-20 a week. It sounds like a lot all up, but really, 15 hours a week is just 3 hours each weekday and 3 hours ove the weekend–not that much, really.

I feel so dumb. I started a thread almost exactly like this one.

The private school I go to now has about 15-25 hours a week, and it’s considered to be one of the best in its area of the US. People, however, say how hard Andover will be with around 20-25 hours a week and it scares me somewhat because of the workload I’ve already had. Can anyone whose gone to a good private school before boarding school tell me how that worked out? Thanks, and I’m going in as a lower.

Which course takes the most amount to time to do? World History Honors?

It depends entirely on your strengths. US History seems to be a common choice, however.
