<p>What did you do when you received an acceptance letter to your top choice school?</p>
<p>Did you freak out, stare in disbelief etc?</p>
<p>jumped up and down & danced around my house for an hour or two</p>
<p>We went out to eat at a nice sushi place. It was yummy.</p>
<p>I jumped up and down and screamed.</p>
<p>And then I saw my rabbit was really sick and that ruined it. :(</p>
<p>i waited forever on my computer staring at the screen......in disbelief. lol. well not really. but i was excited.</p>
<p>turned around and told my coworkers, then stopped and got a bottle of bubbly on the way home!</p>
<p>i jumped and screamed for a couple minutes. then i saw i also got a scholarship, and jumped some more. </p>
<p>however, after visiting campus i realized JMU was a better fit.</p>
<p>my mother delivered it to me PERSONALLY at school. i jumped up and down in the hallway, amonst everyone, and then called my English teacher. Afterwards we went BOWLING at 9 PM in a town 30 minutes away on a school night.</p>
<p>I stared at it and my face and all of the pores from my waist up got cold and sweaty and i screamed at the top of my lungs for abouuuut 15 minutes, and i seriously jumped on my couch and boogied to nelly furtado lol. I was REALLLLY happy (the school was tulane) but i also got into casewestern :P</p>
<p>I hung up on my mother; she had called to ruin the surprise.</p>

<p>I just smiled really wide and told my dad. For a really long time. Then we had this heart to heart about leaving home, etc...but it was a good day.</p>
<p>My son waited for the snail mail notification. He had me take a video of him opening the envelope with his biggest smile I have ever seen.</p>
<p>i threw up my arms and went WOOO, that was about it</p>
<p>I said Hell Yeah!</p>
<p>I fetched a BB gun and shot pellets at all angles for 15 minutes accidentally wounding a dog and two cows. Then I watched violent network television to get my testosterone up even higher. Finally I went out and rallied for a Republican political candidate in the area. My night concluded with me telling my pastor at our daily evening mass how happy I was that I got into Bob Jones University. Finally I prayed for American Freedom and said the pledge of Allegiance. Then I hugged my Pat Robertson commemorative pillow and fell asleep.</p>

<p>I stared at the computer screen in disbelief. It was 2 am PST. I said "oh my god." I said it a second time. I called over my sister to look at the screen just to confirm that I wasn't seeing things. I kept saying "oh my god" over and over again. my eyes welled up but only one tear escaped. I was very giddy and happy the next day. But all of that was ruined when my mom confessed that she was hoping I wouldn't get in.</p>
