What did you eat today?

<p>I thought it'd be fun to share what we eat each day just for fun and/or to motivate ourselves to eat healthier... (and to harbor jealousy toward those who eat mouth watering meals)</p>

<p>B: Slice of multi-grain bread with blueberry jam, pineapple
L: Stuffed shells and salad
S: Brownie and raspberries
D: Pecan panko-crusted flounder, corn, green beans
Dessert: Dark chocolate mint mini cup, raspberries</p>

<p>B: Muffin and hot choco
L: Cheese sandwich, water and apple
S: Banana
D: Rice and pasta
D: Greek Yogurt with fruit</p>

<p>B: glass of milk as I ran out the door (I hate sleeping in late)
L: 2 bags of Carrots
S:a fruit leather and granola bar
D: Salad
D: coconut sorbet</p>

<p>I didn’t realize how healthy I ate today until I posted this!</p>

<p>^I’m not a health expert, but that doesn’t sound too healthy to me.</p>

<p>B:to lazy to eat
L: Barbecue chicken, mashed potatoes with buckets of gravy, and some fries.
S: Some lays sour cream & onion chips
D: A huge ass steak with boat loads of gravy and soggy vegetables.</p>

<p>I use to play a lot of sports. so far none of this has added on to my body, BOO YA!</p>

<p>Lunch: Bowl of noodles with egg, tomatoes, scallions, and soy sauce
Dinner: Spicy stir-fried beef, tofu and wood ear dish, rice
Snack: Two chocolate chip cookies and an ice cream bar</p>

<p>Feeling very asian right now… my meals aren’t normally so asian. o.O</p>

That’s not healthy at all…lol.</p>

<p>B: Omelet and tater tots, and orange juice
L: Fries and chicken strips.
S: Chocolate pudding
D: Top Ramon (My mom didn’t feel like cooking and neither did I)</p>

<p>Forgot I had another snack: hummus and pretzel crackers with chocolate soy milk</p>

<p>B: None. Don’t have time for breakfast :frowning: My stomach growls at the end of first block
L: Pasta primavera with cheesy bread and apple juice
S: Leftover restaurant Thai noodles and fried rice
D: Beef noodle soup with rice
D: Kiwi and Mangoes!</p>

<p>Maybe not healthy, but only health foods. That is what I meant</p>

<p>B/L (Woke up at 1:45 PM): A little enchilada thing with rice.
D: Pork roast w/ honey mustard, sweet potatoes, spinach
Dessert: Butter Pecan Ice Cream
S: SC & O cracker chips</p>

<p>B: That one strawberry cereal
L: A random mango I brought to school, LOL… I got up so late today
S: Granola bar in science class… haha
D: Rice & vegetables & a boatload of spices (I’m brown, it’s what I do)</p>

<p>B: Nothing
L: Pizza
D: Pizza
Snack: Grapes</p>

<p>Saving grace here are the grapes lol</p>

<p>B: Donut (Usually I skip)
L: Barbecue chicken, rice, and green vegetables with coffee
No snack
D: Pork chops, rice, and asparagus
D: Chocolate covered strawberries and an apple</p>

<p>I’m only posting because I have eaten so stinkin’ healthy today!<br>
Definitely a rare occurrence that I just had to share it… :P</p>

<p>Breakfast: Egg-white Omelet (seriously delish.) with chopped up carrots and celery. And a half of a grapefruit.</p>

<p>Lunch: Chick Pea Hummus spread on toasted Pumpernickel bread. Blackberries & a salad with all natural pomegranate dressing.</p>

<p>Dinner: Sun-dried Tomato and Basil low fat cheese, turkey, and tomatoes layered on a whole wheat carrot & herb melody bread. Salad. </p>

<p>Snacks: An apple. Hummus spread on celery. Banana.</p>

<p>Yeaaaaah. Basically I feel pretty AWESOME. BUT, we’ll see if I ever repeat this awesomeness. Ha…ha…ha…</p>

<p>B: 1 cup of oatmeal.
L: A wheat & turkey sub with no cheese + a small cookie (I regretted the cookie)
Lunch number 2: Rice with sauted vegetables.
Diner: Not there yet.</p>

<p>Snack: PB & J on some wheat bread. ( i detest white bread)</p>

<p>Meh i had a pretty junky day today. I’ll probably eat like a health nut tomorrow. </p>

<p>How about we have this thread rate how healthy the above poster’s diet is? </p>

<p>^Pretty healthy, cept’s skip the cheese, and go pure unadulterated wheat bread instead of that pumpernickel/herb melody stuff. Yea, and skip the omelet, and go for 1 boiled egg instead for that protein. The cholesterol in omelette’s is overwhelming.</p>

<p>That seems healthy. But, who eats pb and j as a snack?</p>

<p>B: Granola bar
L: Salad w/roll and choco milk and fruit cup
S: Like a gazzilion rolls and yogurt
D: Rice with a side of pasta and salad and guess what? Another roll.</p>

<p>I had a huge carb craving today. No clue why.
Small breakfast= need food all day long.</p>

<p>lots of carbs, but there was protein which was good. </p>

<p>B: grape nuts w/ skim milk. A banana
L: Carrots, celery, fruit leather throughout the day (no real lunch)
S: whole wheat pb+j
D: guacamole on celery, veggie soup, salad</p>

<p>B: Orange Juice
L: Pasta with vodka sauce</p>
