<p>^I haven’t had dinner yet, and I was so late this morning so I didn’t have a chance to eat.</p>
<p>S: I sadly had a donut, but it was a damn good donut.</p>
<p>B: Peanut butter & jelly on a waffle
L: Roast beef and cheese wrap, a few nuts, pear
S: bagel with a bit of butter
D: spaghetti & turkeymeatballs
S2: cookie dough ice cream (low fat)</p>
<p>B: Orange juice
S: Bag of cereal
L: Turkey sandwich, applesauce, pretzels
S: Granola bar
D: Chicken and rice</p>
<p>^^ Unhealthy as hell. Ice cream has way too much saturated fat/cholesterol in it. avoid it at all times. Ditch the cheese, and the bagel. Use a slice of crisp whole wheat breed. Spaghetti is good. Oh, and stay away from waffles. Eat oatmeal or a fiber cereal coupled with an egg for breakfast. </p>
<p>^ Stay away from the bad of cereal, and opt for fruit/nuts as a snack. Stay away from the granola bars unless you need them for fiber. ^ Could use a little more protein, but whatever. </p>
<p>Dinner: Beans, PB&J, and a salad.</p>
<p>Man, it sounds like some of you all are on some ‘food network’ drugs. But, here’s my list of the simplistic, crappy meals I ate:</p>

L: Jamaican Seafood Soup.
S: Cheese + Crackers. Organic
D: Chipotle Burrito STEAK Bowl. Extra rice and salsa. Ahhhhh:)</p>
<p>Dinner was poppin’. Not even gonna lie.</p>
<p>Lamegan’s day of food sounds AMAZING.</p>
<p>Breakfast: French toast, sausage, and fruit
Lunch: two donuts and applesauce
Dinner: seven slices of pizza</p>
<p>Good thing I’m a runner, damn.</p>
<p>You guys are gonna think I’m so fat lol. I’m actually really skinny, have a high metabolism, and play soccer like 24/7. I would have had a better breakfast if I wasn’t rushed. I usually have eggs with some wheat toast and orange juice.</p>
<p>B: fruit loops with 2% milk (can’t stand skim milk)
S: s’mores pop tart
L: smoked turkey sandwich on a kaiser roll, plain potato chips, apple sauce, 3 chocolate chip cookies, water
S2: pineapple-orange juice (had a random craving for it) then some pretzels later
D: 3 tacossss haha (meat, cheese, and lettuce with a little taco sauce), water
S3(dessert): bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream. yumm</p>

<p>Gah I’m starving… all I’ve eaten today is: potato chips, dried cranberries, 2 mini mint chocolate cups, whipped potatoes, and mushrooms with spinach and garlic.</p>
<p>EDIT: Leftover flounder with lemon, raspberries, a kiwi, and 2 slices of olive bread with hummus</p>

<p>Black coffee, might have broccoli later, not feeling like it though. Apparently my I-am-hungry area of brain shuts off at mild temperatures. Should probably eat though.
