I thought math was hard--the word problems were way too long for me to read through--even though I do the best on math practice tests than any of the other subjects.

What did you guys think was hard?

What did you guys think was hard?

I was brutalized on the science section like no other. Thought the rest were fairly easy.

Science man… couldnt finish it nearly in time cuz some of the questions were just ridiculous. I had to guess on some math problems as well, but the rest was pretty good.

Reading.

My mind was fried after reading the first passage with all it’s details.

hmm, well i would say science, the freaking mitosis!

I felt good that the ONLY thing I remembered from Freshman Bio was mitotis lol

mehhhh.

that science section was ultra ultra ultra buzz-killing.

seriously, that was the best ACT/SAT/AP testing i’ve ever been through, but the science just totally pwned me.

i felt on top of the world after that test, i was pretty sure i got 33-35, but now i’m starting to second guess myself, especially re-evaluating my performance in the science section.

blast, i wish colleges used superscore or whatever for both the ACT and SAT, because that’s going to kill my composite.

if i get 34-36 eng/math/read, but get a 29-30 science score, will colleges just look at the 32 comp. or is there any chance they actually care about the section scores by themselves?

well the thing is the questions are actually quite easy for me..its the time that kills me. any suggestions on how to finish in time and FAST?

Some of the math in the 40s and 50s got me. I could’ve done them but I had no time. Filled in the bubbles randomly :/.

I flew by the science but I think I got 1-2 wrong in each one. Not too worried though since I managed a 24 my first time with 13 wrong. There’s no way I got that many wrong this time around :D

I thought the science section was only supposed to test reasoning skills, not actual knowledge! I was quite shaky on the whole mitosis thing, and I didn’t finish the last part with the osmosis. Actually, I remember the osmosis thing from the PLAN test last year. Or am I wrong?

For a while I thought I might get 34+. That test was absolute purity until Science came along.

Science was real hard. The last 10 math problems were pretty hard too.+

I got raped on the math section. I just could not concentrate, I started freaking out during it. Had to guess on like 12 questions. If I could have calmed down it would have been so much better. Wasted like 10 minutes trying to get it together.

I also screwed up on the writing section. I forgot my introduction!!! I mentally thought of it but i forgot to write it on the paper!!! Noticed right after I finished my essay. It was horrible and the rest of my essay was so good I was thinking a 11-12 score :-(.

Math, for some reason, I was 10 mins. ahead of time by the 30th question(if you count a min. a question) but at the end, I ALMOST ran out of time…actually, I had to super fast guess on some of them, although I was pretty sure about them.

Science, anything non related to biology. I just took AP bio course so it helped a lot but physics just killed me. and I hate it when I miss a question that I knew I should’ve gotten right(it was a bio question btw)

i LOVED the math this time.
i only guessed on ONE question.
for every other question i calculated an answer that was one of the choices.
SO happy

I was so happy after the first 3 sections; I was thinking I might actually get a 34 or 35 composite.

And then the science kicked my ass, so I’ll probably only get a 31-32. :(

Math was beautiful this time around <3

The science was way harder than I expected ._.

And highhopes: I’d kill for a 31-32 >.>

science had it’s moments… but i probably got my usual (either a 31 or a 33)
math was pretty easy except for 1 or 2 questions, and i got those right (36)
english was easy as usual (35-36)
reading was easy for me for a change (31-34)

i’m guessing anywhere from a 33 to a 35

preferably at least a 34 b/c i got a 34 last time in April

The science called for so much previous information and I couldn’t remember much from classes I took as far back as 8th grade and freshman year. I probably missed 6 or 7 on science, boo.
I was hoping for a 34 but I may be condemned to a 31 at this point.
