what did you have to write for the us DBQ

i wrote about the reforms women wanted to bring and how they wanted equal rights but was it suppose to be about that or how women influenced each other

and will they take of points for what i wrote???

They won't take points off as long as you clearly present your thesis and provide evidence from the documents well.

My thesis was, more or less, that over time more and more women began to want equal rights, yet there were always some who did, and those who didn't.

mine was

-Jefferson's foreign policy -> embargo -> Lowell system = paternalistic domestication
-Reform, women's involvment in abolition, allowed them to realize their own situation like how a document related their lives to slavery, and how Harriet Beecher Stowe's Uncle Tom's Cabin was directed to women
-Moral's, women looked all motherly and stuff compared to the rough sectionalism politics. ex. The caning of representative sumner.

I had a lot more outside info and I used like 5 documents overall. What do ya think? The only problem is i may not have stated my case very clearly but I'm not too worried.

i used all the docs except for doc b and didn't use alot of outside i forgot all the reform women and conventions

my handwriting was pretty bad do you think they are trained to read that stuff
what do you guys think

how did i do?????????

the greatjadoo-well just from like my teacher reading from things to get a really good score your supposed to use all but one or two of the documents but it looks like you have an amazing amount of outside info so that should be able to counteract i hope you gota good score good luck

Don't worry about using all of the documents. Last year on our DBQ the documents were total garbage. I literally used two of them and a ton of outside information and I still ended up with a very good score.

My teacher said its possible to get a really good score using only half of the documents.
