I made a 69 on critical reading, 70 on math, and 71 on writing.

Compared to juniors this year (I'm a sophomore), I scored in the 98th percentile.

Et toi?

76 m 67 r 63 w 97%... i messed up math for sure

check out the Official PSAT Score Thread, everyone's been posting their scores there

66 M 67 V 70 W 203 Selection index, 96th percentile...somehow first at my school.

Yea I'm in AP calc...and math was somehow my worst section lol.

golfshots... same here, i'm in calc bc with a 94 average, yet i added 2 and 4 and got 5 :(

67 CR, 80 M, 80 W; selection index 227....I guess I don't read very well, but I think it was the best junior score at my school. I fully expected the CR to be my weakest, but I was pretty surprised with the perfect scores on the M and W.

Note, there is an official PSAT score thread.
Use it!

I'm a Sophomore in Oklahoma and just got my results back (Jan 7).
218 - 77M 72W 69E

I know someone who says they got a 220 but I always beat them on standardized tests.

They say they got:
220 with a 75 on Math

Was it possible to get a 75 on Math this year? I know you couldn't get a 78 or 79.

Congrats on your score, thuff30 (and everyone else). No, a 75 was not possible. The curve went 80 76 73 70 for both days.

Well, I got a 77 and I know another kid who did as well. Our school was scheduled to take it on Wednesday but because of a bomb threat we didn't take it until the following Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (can't remember). Possibly there was a altered curve for us because 77 was missing one for us.

Is the curve always 3 or 4 points difference between each missed problem in MATH?

What I'm asking is could the curve be: 80 77 75, is that possible? or would it have to be 80 77 74?

bump...bump

185 (m: 52, cr: 64 w: 69)

yeah so I'm not smart. what can I say

lol. i am really stupid compared to u guys...i got a 167 last year (52V, 50M, 65W)

Got a 219

Verbal 73
Grammar 70
Math 76

The one thing that really ****ed me off is that i only missed 1 problem in math, NOTHING ELSE, not even an omit, and i lost 4 points for it... heh o well

How much do you lose for an omit?

Verbal 71 Math 73 Writing 76
Total 220
im in calc bc too and i have a 99 in the class.....sat math doesnt even reflect your math ability at all, just your testing ability

Verbal 73 Math 80 Writing 72
Total: 225
verbal curve was ridiculous
for writing, i messed up the last 5 error IDs lol. o well, on to the March New SAT!

:( I STILL do not know my score!!!! My counselor is insisting that we all attend a workshop so that we can "interpret our scores". I assume that they will just tell us to multiply by ten, and that we will improve (I am not a junior).

205
math 80 =D
writing 65
cr 60 lol sniffle

-soph
