So - mine says "yes!!" and "Choose Wes!"
I thought it was kind of cute.

Same here.
Was it digitalized?

nope, definitely hand written. By one of the blue ballpoint BIC pens by the looks of it.

mine was basically the same: “yes!” and “come to wes!!”
definitely handwritten, not digitalized.
the actual letter itself though made me smile. very nice compared to the literally two sentences of my washu waitlist notification.

I remember this being discussed in The Gatekeepers, actually! It talked about how the Dean of Admissions (still the same Dean now) would write personalized messages on each acceptance letter to add a sense of personality/humanity to the letter.

Mine had “Come to Wes!!” and “We hope to see you next fall!”
I loved it. Best acceptance letter yet, most definitely. :)

Mine too, and I agree that it was cute. :D

when I got mine last year I did a double take when I read the bottom of the letter. I thought it said, “legs! come to us!”

mine said “YES!” and “Come to Wes!”

“legs! come to us!” hahahahahhahah it’s true the handwriting was hard to read, but just the fact that they wrote it made me smile

i got the same ‘come to wes!’ by the way, have any of you got the online version of your acceptance… because i never received any email telling me what time online decisions would be out…

I checked online for my acceptance. Kind of worried because it’s getting close to May 1st, and I need to see the financial aid package to make a decision. I hope they send the paper version + financial aid soon!
