It does. To be fair though, when the cafeteria IS open there are usually some very good meals. Just ate a chimichanga actually that was pretty hearty and tasty.

I’ve been making lots of sandwiches lately because I’ve been experimenting with what to put in my sandwiches. LOL. It’s so simple to make.

I do have a kitchen but I usually don’t have time to prepare lunch (an hour for lunch, including going back and forth time + preparation) so I just whip something up quickly. Fried rice, salad, you name it.

I had a veggie sandwich with cheese for lunch with salad. I had tuna sandwich for dinner. Yesterday I had turkey sandwich… and tomorrow I will have an avocado sandwich. LOL. I’m getting addicted to sandwich making… cucumber cream cheese sandwich, baked vegetable sandwich. I need to go buy more cheeses.

And I’ll be making egg drop soup with noodles as well tomorrow :)

I also love veggies and fruits. I eat alot of frozen fruits because they turn into little frozen treats… I also like frozen bananas on a popsicle stick. It’s exactly like ice cream! I usually eat some cereal, almonds, fruits, etc for snacks. I RARELY eat fastfood (I haven’t had a burger in… blinks. I don’t know) and I rarely have snack foods in my apartment, like chips, cookies, etc. I’m for apples, peaches, strawberries, the good stuff.

Just go grocery shopping once a week and stock up for the week.

I eat whatever FreshDirect has in stock.

Today, I had hard apple cider. Very good stuff.
