Schools look at your composite, this is correct, but all your scores are available to them. And they look at the essay too.</p>

<p>Colleges get your composite, section scores and essay/writing scores. The composite score is usually important as are section scores. Many colleges consider the writng scores many don’t. Many colleges consider the math and English sections to be the more important section scores, and when comparisons or conversions are done compare the ACT math and English scores to the SAT math and CR scores. In fact, some colleges, e.g., Gtech and Rose Hulman, consider the math and English scores and ignore composite, science and reading…</p>
