I'm 17 and have been taking dual credit classes at a community college for three years. I'm graduating from my online high school program this Spring with 51 college hours. Now that I'm preparing to transfer, do I call myself a "high school senior with college credit", or a transfer student because I have over 30 hours?

You need to ask each of the places that you apply to about this. Since you took those courses while still in high school, many colleges and universities will let you apply as a freshman - which is a good thing as it usually makes you eligible for better financial aid packages. If you are admitted as a freshman, once you are actually at that college and some or all of your credits transfer, you will be awarded advanced standing based on the number of credits that do transfer. In other words you could be a Freshman in September, but a second semester Junior by the spring term.
