What do I do if I THINK I have 30 credits but end up not?

So far I have 38 credits I THINK i will be able to transfer.
they are standard "intro to this", "intro to that" courses

but what if i end up falling short?
i don't think my two history courses (US history to 1800 and US history from 1800) will transfer since they're a bit too specific, but they're the only "intro to US history" courses my school offers, which is why i'm not sure.

i don't want to send my test scores & hs transcript,
SO
will colleges request them or will they just reject me since i don't have those documents?
in other words will they wait until i send them in for them to review my app?

applying to USC, GWU, UMD, UIUC, OSU, UW-Madison, Rutgers, UNC, Johns Hopkins, Dartmouth.

When schools get thousands of applications, they won’t wait for one student’s documents- they’ll just throw it onto the reject pile if it isn’t complete. They will make an effort to contact you to send you the test scores and transcript, however. I don’t know why you would purposefully wait to send them in, unless I am completely misreading your post.

well i have 38 credits that i think are transferrable, but they might not think so.
they might think, for example, 29 are transferable.
and since i’m not sending in my test scores/hs transcript, then i was wondering if i would give me that “second chance” to send them in.

(i can’t use some college’s ‘‘transfer tool’’ that gives the equivalent course to what i’m taking because, for example, USC has never had transfers from my school, therefore they can’t articulate what is transferrable)

Some of your questions regarding transferable credits and whether they want your HS scores are college specific, you should contact each college to find out. There is no general answer to your specific needs.
