What do I do now?

I am 17 years old pakistani who lives in Ksa.I gave 9 IGCSE exams in June 2018 and because I didn’t study for them I got Bs and Cs and U in maths…I had to repeat all of them in the following Octobe/november but again i didn’t study so I didn’t register for them and instead continued with AS level with my school and again didn’t study but I registered for them and left all of my papers empty so.I expect 3 Es .I need all A stars in o/a levels to get into a government medical university in pakistan…I could repeat all of my igs in this October and also join school and continue with A2 and give AL of the 3 science subjects I took.Ik this is near to imposssible to give 8 igs and 3 AL exams in a span of just 8 months and also SATs and expect all A stars…The other thing I can do is to give my igcse exams in october but get enrolled in AS level.along with it and then go to A2 next year(meaning I would have to waste a year)…Or I could do fsc so i wouldn’t have to repeat Igs but again will have to waste one.more year…I was supposed to be graduating thisyear and the idea of wasting a year makes me very depressed and I continue to have mental breakdowns…I really wanted to completemy last yeat of high school and graduate as class of 2020…If I choose the first option, I can do that…Ik it’s not realistic but maybe if I work extra extra hard?

I have taken a gap year and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. And as for you, when equivalent certificates are made the majority that counts for it is the O level part. That’s going to also affect your A level equivalent percentage. And idk about you but I gave composites in A level and they are just SOOO hard. It’s too much pressure.Science right? Nevertheless, I’d recommend that you prepare for the IGCSE’s and give them this October. You’ve got three months and it’s more than enough, if you start now. Try to retake your C’s and U, if not B although I’m still unsure if IBCC accepts retakes.

And if you really want those good grades in A level, I’d suggest you start the grind a week after you’re done with the IG’s.

I would still be really honest here. Admission in government colleges is super hard. Even if you score all A’s you still need to get 1000+ on your MCAT to at least be considered for government unis. And MCAT is all FSc. You’ll need to do that in 3 months and give the test. There are good private med unis too. LMDC,CMH,FMH.
