What do I do?

I have an overall GPA of 3.0 at Orange Coast College (California). I am hoping to transfer to Cal State Fullerton after the Spring 2011 semester for the Fall 2011 semester.. The problem is, this past semester (Fall 2010), I received a "D" in my Statistics class. A "D" in this class is okay in order to get my AA, but according to the Cal State General Education Breadth Requirements list, I must get a "C" or better. The problem is, I didn't find out I got a "D" in the class until after I already registered for my classes for Spring 2011, and I can't re-take the class this semester because all of the classes are full. What do I do now? I was thinking I could re-take it in Summer 2011, but then I saw the admission deadlines for CSUF for Fall 2011 and this is what it says:

Admission Application (Main campus all levels and majors) November 30, 2010
Application Fee (if submitted by check or money order) February 17, 2011
If not yet admitted, all transcripts with grades through Fall 2010. March 15, 2011
Accepting Admission and Enrollment Deposit June 1, 2011**
Unofficial Final Grade Cards (Winter and Spring courses in progress) June 20, 2011
Unofficial Final Grade Cards (Spring courses in progress) for colleges with late Spring terms. See list of late colleges below. *** July 1, 2011
All official transcripts with grades through Spring 2011 July 8, 2011

None of that even mentions Summer 2011, which leads me to believe that any classes I take during the summer wouldn't be able to be sent in to CSUF. So what else is there for me to do? I need a "C" in the class, but I can't re-take it this semester... I'm so worried.
