Do colleges want me to retake my SATs during my time at clarkson, before transferring, since i know that i can boost my score up my quite a significant amount. Also, how significant is the SAT for transfer admission??

It's up to the individual school that you're transferring to as to how they will weigh the SATs from high school. However, DO NOT RETAKE THEM -- it's not necessary. You might contact each school you're thinking of and find out; there's usually a transfer counselor available to answer your questions. As for transferring this year, if you haven't gotten in your applications yet, it may be too late, especially at Cornell and Columbia. Good luck --

I have only applied to freshman. I got rejected from 4 places and only got admitted to my safeties
