As in, what shots, records, and miscellaneous to send to Cal as proof?

I'm new and I kinda dozed off during the CalSO medical adviser's speech, so I need someone to explain and tell me more about what I need.

thanks!

I don’t see how Cal is different from any other public school in terms of required shots. You need Hepatitis B for sure. Have all your shots for measles, chicken pox, etc. etc. myberkeleyapp will notify you of any paperwork you need to send in.

I’m pretty sure it’s just the Hep. B shot that’s required.

“Hepatitis B vaccination is required as a condition of enrollment. The California State Legislature has mandated first-time enrollees at the University of California who are under 19 years of age on August 27, 2008 provide proof of immunization against Hepatitis B as a condition of enrollment.”
