I'm currently a sophomore in high school & I want to become a pedestrian & go to a good college! What can I do? What classes should I take? I really need help

Pedestrian = person traveling by foot, walker

Did you, perchance, mean pediatrician?

General advice–take 4 years of science, including AP level science classes if offered by your school. Take 4 years of math. At a minimum thru pre-calc. Take AP Calc and/or AP Stats if offered. Take courses you find both personally interesting and challenging. Do your best in all your classes–even those you really don’t like.

Get involved in activities that interest you. Get involved in community service. Consider volunteering at a local hospital or clinic to see if you really want to work in that environment. But understand that any activities you do during high school aren’t reported when you go to apply to medical school.

What undergrad you go for college is far less important for med school admission than how well you do at that college, how well you score on the MCAT and how good your ECs are. Choose a college that offers you the best combination of fit, affordability and opportunity.
