I came to the US 2 years ago and was a junior and senior at my high school. I didn't know how the system works, so I just took Calculus AB and BC (next year, I wanted to take both and got B) and Academic English. My GPA is 3.5 (lot's of B's and 2 C's from Russian high school, no D's or F's) and SAT score is 1800 (I took it in my first spring in the US, so my English has definitely improved since). I didn't do any sports at school and did only a few hours of community service.
I'm going to a community college this fall as I was really confused and didn't feel like moving out.
So what do I need to do in order to have good chances of being admitted to HAAS business school at UC Berkeley? And do I have any chances at all? Should I join sports clubs and community service organizations? I'm going to apply next fall for 2014 academic year.

You need to work hard on your GPA & SAT since they aren’t up to par with Cal’s avg. Also, you can’t apply directly to Haas business. You’d be applying for Pre-Business under L&S (letter & science). You apply for Haas during your 2nd year.
