<p>(Tanscript + letter)required + additional SAT scores/certificates/whatever you have that makes the appeal more convincing/etc.</p>

<p>Pretty much, I know for sure that for USC it is required. You have to at least show that you are keeping your grades up, if it’s not WAY up from previous years.</p>

<p>weren’t you accepted to Berkeley? If I were you, I would just go to Cal instead of going through an appeals process.</p>
