What do I put in my "Deferred Applicant Update"?

Hello everybody,

I was deferred from Penn yesterday (I applied to Huntsman w/ CAS as my backup). It says on my portal that I am allowed to submit an update once, so what types of updates should go in here? Is the admissions committee looking for anything in particular?

Note: It is too late for me to improve my grades - there are only two weeks left in the semester. I have also finished all of my testing.

An update would include additional awards and honors, new accomplishments or achievements, and anything else that might make you a more compelling candidate than you already are. If you have nothing to add, then it’s not necessary, or even helpful, to send an update.
