A 2180 is a great SAT (competitive for most Ivy's)
unless you are sure you could get better than 2250, I wouldn't bother

I'd retake math iic. Remember, 1/10 takers get an 800. Not having an 800 could hurt your chances.

In-state? Which campus?

UCB,UCLA,UCSD
yes I am in state

From uc berkeley site (in the counselors section):

"New UC Eligibility Index for Fall 2006
The University of California has released a new eligibility index for fall 2006 freshman applicants that reflects the Universitys new testing requirement and the recent changes to the ACT and SAT.

Equal Weight
The new index weights equally the three components of the new SAT Reasoning Test (reading, mathematics and writing) and the two SAT Subject Tests. In previous years, the SAT II was double-weighted. For students who take the ACT Assessment plus Writing, the index uses translated scores for four ACT sections (reading, science, mathematics and the combined English/writing score) plus two SAT Subject Tests."

In your case, its sort of 6 of one, half a dozen of the other as you have very good scores in both areas. If you want to retake, select the test least likely to generate a random score, probably math IIc. I don't trust the writing component on the SAT - and I don't think you need to retake a 700.
