What do if rejected from every Colleges?

I recently applied for transfer from a CC to a couple of 4 year colleges for Fall 2012 and I am a little worried about if I get rejected from all of them.
I applied to UCR, UCI, UCSB, UCSD
Also some CSU, Fullerton, Long Beach

So here's what I have.
I have been in a CC for 2 years (4 semesters).
-Met the Igetc requirements.
-Met the General Education requirements
-Have a total of 62 transferable units.
-No Withdrawal or D's,F's
-Currently have a 3.1 GPA
-Did not apply for TAG
-Recently rejected from Chapman University for Spring 2012

Does anyone know what to do if "None" of the colleges accept my transfer?
My thoughts: I would be wasting another year doing nothing and wait till the next application session opens.
Grrr... I'm really worried.

imo you’re 99.9% to get into at least one of those schools, especially a cal-state school with your info.

it would be a freak situation for you to be denied everywhere. HOWEVER, if this happens…you could petition universities to review your profile again, UC’s will blow you off but i know transfers who have hassled cal state enough to let them in.

or, just wait till fall 2013. or join the army.

UCR will take you.

you’re in at all cal states and have a decent shot at the UCs. chances at UCSD probably depend on your major.

What they said above: Cal States will take you and most likely UCR depending on your major.

^ even with 2.0, some cal state will still accept you, unless ur on probation or something which is below 2.0… then No.

Not all CSUs will take a 3.1 GPA transfer student in all majors.

For example, a 3.1 GPA was not sufficient to get into San Jose State in Art Animation, Art Design Studies, English, or Global Studies majors for fall 2011, and in many majors for spring 2012:

[SJSU Admission](http://info.sjsu.edu/web-dbgen/narr/admission/rec-1211.html)
[SJSU Admission](http://info.sjsu.edu/web-dbgen/narr/admission/rec-1210.html)

However, CSUs that are not impacted for your major should be easy to get into:

http://www.calstate.edu/sas/documents/impactedprogramsmatrix.pdf</a>
[CSU Campus Impaction Information | Student Academic Support | CSU](http://www.calstate.edu/sas/impaction-campus-info.shtml)

You may want to choose CSU that is not impacted in your major as a safety.

Unless you live and go to school in the city of Long Beach, CSULB is ridiculously hard to get into right now. I happen to live nearby (not in Long Beach) and didn’t even bother filling out an application for transfer next fall. Sadly because of the CSU austerity measures, my chances of getting into UCLA are probably equal to that of acceptance at Long Beach.

hey do you think my major and GPA would impact my acceptance into a CSU, or anyone above a 2.0 should get accepted?

You’re fine for at least some of them.

My buddy got accepted to SDSU as a History major with a 2.0 after spending 4 years at CC.

You’ll think UCR accept applicants who have a 2.5 GPA by any chance?

[University of California - California community college transfers](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/transfer/requirements/community-college/index.html)

Minimum GPA for community college junior transfer applicants is 2.4 for California residents, 2.8 for non-residents. Whether UCR would accept a California resident community college junior transfer applicant with a 2.5 is up to them.

UCR Business administration 2.50 gpa
minimum.
May have a chance to get in with 2.5
Not sure their average gpa for BA :)
