What do these letters mean!?!?!?!?!

I've been looking at at numerous colleges and their accounting programs. I've seen the BS, BA, BBA, BSBA, and BABA. What is the difference between them? I've heard the BS one's have more math classes. Is this true? And which one's are better? Or does it not matter if I plan on getting a masters?

BS = Bachelor’s of Science
BA = Bachelor’s of Arts
BBA = Bachelor’s in Business Administration
BSBA = Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration
BABA = Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration

BS tends to have more math than BA. BA is generally more theory based while BS is more quantitative. BBA, BSBA, and BABA are just other denotations of the same thing.

does it matter which one I get if I plan on getting a masters?

If you are down to two schools one that offers a BBA or a BS in BizAdmin (BSBA) the BSBA is looked more highly upon. I also know that in terms of BA vs BS a Bachelors in Science is looked more highly upon (at least in the Business field) than a BA, but it generally holds true in most settings. In terms of BABA vs BBA, i dont know which one looks better, but I have to say Ive never heard of a school offering a BABA.
As a side note, undergraduate schools that offer BSBA’s are also generally ranked better than those offering BBA’s.

UW-Seattle has a BABA, but that is the only one I have seen.
