can u recommended colleges with good science departments that I could possibly get into. Thanks

Not to be discouraging, but I wouldn’t bother trying for UCSD or U Michigan. It’s not because you don’t have a chance at getting in, but because there are so many overqualified students are are IN-state that makes the competition very fierce, and the coming college admission season is supposed to be the most difficult yet. But if you really feel like you have a chance with some good hooks and essays, then go for it.

For your safety school, I recommend Purdue University. You could also try Penn State - University Park for another match school.

what do u guys think about the other schools

What about UIUC?

What about UIUC?

I visited there and didn’t like it
I need some comments on the other schools I chose also

If you’re thinking of SUNY Stony Brook, consider SUNY Albany, with its new nanoscience center. Not sure what state you are from or where you wish to go. Tulane has some good science programs (my cousin’s son went there, majored in geology).

You should look into Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and Austin College in Sherman, TX.

What about the University of Florida? Trinity University in San Antonio, also.

Doesn’t the College Board website have an Academic Calculator that tells you what your chances are at different colleges after you put in your stats? This could be helpful to you.

I can’t find the academic calculator. Thanks for the tip though

I need advice on the other schools on my list(if it has a good science dept. and if I put them under the right category)
