what do u think? too many asians that are applying to Cornell?

<p>I am looking forward to be admitted to Cornell hotel admistration </p>

<p>i am just an average kid with SAT score of 1900,and gpa of 3.89 unweighted
I am a korean student, which is a good thing, because i know that cornell respects a diversity a lot even though millions of people like me apply there... >.<
I know that i am not gonna be able to fit all this to my common application but what do u think the most importants things i should put it on my app.
and do u think i even have a close chance ...</p>

<p>Hey man, fellow Korean here. Are you Korean or Korean American? I don't really think being Korean/Korean American helps you in admissions since there's so many of us here. And don't even think about writing about your Christian missions experiences in your essays. The last thing Cornell needs to know is that you're a diehard Korean Christian, just like every other Korean on campus. >_<</p>

<p>As for your stats, what was your country club job experience like? You're gonna have to explain why the Hotel School is right for you in your essays and interview. That's the closest thing I could find in a quick skim of your stats. As for SAT's, you don't necessarily have to retake them since they're not that important for Hotel admissions, but it couldn't hurt to try to improve them. Anyway, good luck.</p>
