what are the few examples that we students do for our EC's?
my school has community workshops, is its participation enough.
And I have decided to join the sports club for Basketball, will be getting some certificates on it.
But my question seems to be that what happens when we dont have certificates for these EC's yet we have experience and have participated in these workshops..
For example, I have been practising art since childhood and can draw in quite few mediuums but i dont have my certificates???
What do I exactly say to the universities on my EC's??

I’m curious as well, if I have shadowed a physician or volunteered at my local hospital, well like, there’s no form to show them, how do they really know?

You do not have to have a form that shows your ECs. If you did an activity, say you did it. Don’t exaggerate or say something you did not do because that would be dishonest (and sometimes they check). If you have examples of your watercolor paintings at your house or school and you would like to say that watercolor painting is an EC that you work on 2 hours per week (or however much time you spend on it).

so if you spend time doing something, but it isn’t technically a club, that counts?

the thing is i really didnot get my answer
lets say if the university wants a legal proof that is a certificate then what will i do
although my experience counts rather than my certificate yet by chance
