For guys, can we just wear a buttoned-down shirt and khakis? Or do people wear suits?

I highly doubt a suit is necessary… Is it even supposed to be that formal?

A lot of people wore nice things last year which caught me off guard. I was just “that guy” with a polo and slacks. It’s just convocation, the whole thing is pretty stupid imo just don’t go like a total bum.

watched the youtube video and it seems like most people just wear a shirt and a pair of khakis. Don’t see anyone with ties…other than the glee club.

lols, you guys have a crazy amount of time to figure this out.

Also, for the record, convocation is the one time that every single person from your class will be there, and nobody will know why, since it is a bit of a pointless event. Just sayin’.

It’s a tradition–no point required. :)

The desserts after convocation are legendary. I crashed that as a sophomore, junior, and senior.

I’m going to remember to do this.

That’s enough of an incentive for me to attend! :D

Bring it, is what I’ve been told.

8:30, Perelman Quad… same desserts for four years, same deliciousness for four years. Bring your tubberware!
